CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer is an advanced, ready-to-use general purpose acrylic sealer, formulated to protect and enhance the surface of coloured or plain concrete. CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer provides a hard film of limited flexibility with excellent resistance to tyre markings, grease and oil.

Precautions & Limitations:

• CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer should not be used as a curing compound for freshly laid concrete.
• As a general statement, the application of a coating to the concrete will reduce the existing slip resistance of that surface.
• Consequently, care should be taken before sealing the concrete to ensure that the surface texture has a sufficient profile to
  provide adequate traction.
• Wash all the equipments thoroughly in a solvent and allow it to dry.

This Cement Concrete Hardener is used to harden the cement tiles while production. An admixture such as calcium chloride, sodium chloride, or sodium hydroxide that hastens or decreases the hydrationrate of cementing material; the concrete takes less time to set and has earlier higher strength.

• CEM-BETON Micro Top is not flammable.
