Health & Safety Precautions:

• CEM-BETON Micro Top contains Portland cement and is, therefore, alkaline when in contact with water.

Description:

CEM-CRETE Micro Concrete is a ready-to-use dry powder which requires only addition of clean water at site to produce a free flowing non shrink repair micro concrete. It is composed of good quality cement, properly selected aggregates & additives. It is used & designed for repairing of damaged reinforced concrete elements like columns, beams & structure where the areas are restricted or not easily accessible for proper placement of concrete using vibrator. CEM-CRETE Micro Concrete has excellent flowability, workability & proper particle size to reach small & congested reinforcement.

• Repair of damaged reinforced concrete elements like beams, columns, walls, etc. where access is restricted and compaction is not possible.
• For Jacketing of RCC columns to increase load-taking capacity (strengthening of vertical members)

• Pumpable – Can be pumped or poured into restricted locations.
• Flowable – Flowable mortar hence does not require compaction.
• Shrinkage compensation – Controlled expansion system which compensates for shrinkage and settlements in the plastic state.
• Strength – Develops high initial and ultimate compressive strength.

Precautions & Limitations:

•  CEM-CRETE Micro Concrete can applied in section upto 100 mm depth.
• For thickness more than 100 mm, addition of pre-calculated aggregates may be required.
• Strictly follow water-powder ratio as specified.
• Ensure that the shuttering is 100% watertight.
• Ensure full exposure of reinforced steel.
• Consult structural engineer if the diameter of rebar is reduced by more than 20% than the original diameter.
• Replacement or provision of addition steel shall be come in consultation with a structural consultant.

Product Details:

Release Agent Powder is a ready to use powder formulated to be easily applied to the surface of coloured or plain concrete. CEM-REL Colour Release is sprinkled over the surface of freshly placed concrete before imprinting with stamping pads. It forms a barrier that prevents the pads from sticking to the fresh concrete. During this process, a portion of colour release becomes embedded in the surface where it is trapped by the hardening concrete. When the surface is subsequently washed and sealed, an attractive antique surface is achieved.

Precautions & Limitations

• CEM-REL Colour Release should not be used as the primary colouring agent.

CEM-PMG Polymer Modified Grout is a cementitious premixed ready to use polymer modified grout. CEM-PMG Polymer Modified Grout is composed of good quality cement, properly graded fillers and chemical additives which gives controlled expansion in the plastic state and simultaneously minimizing the water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fillers ensure a homogeneous mix and a consistent grout.

• It can be used for the grouting of machine base plates, upright bar/post or a frame forming a support or barrier.
• It is used as a non-shrink grout to eliminate the shrinkage when completely filling the gaps between the structural member and the substrate.
• It can also be used for anchoring of anchor bolts, fence posts, pipe sleeves, etc.
• It is used for the repairing of damaged RCC elements such as columns, beams, slab bottom and concrete substrates, etc.
• It is used for de-laminated concrete surfaces sidewalks, driveways etc.

• It is suitable for overhead surfaces due to high bonding strength.
• Prepackaged material ensures proper batching of all the ingredients.
• It can be used for multipurpose application on horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces.
• It does not contain metallic iron to cause staining.

Precautions & Limitations:

• It should not be used without proper formwork.
• For bolt holes and anchor bolts, it can be used in unrestrained conditions.

CEM-GROUT Cement Tile Grout is a polymer modified; cement-based filler used for filling the joints/gaps between the tiles. It effectively fills the gaps and gives water resistant, non-dusting tile joints. It is used for grouting glazed, ceramic, porcelain, vitrified, granito-vitrified tiles & natural stones etc.

Precautions & Limitations:

• Do not use in areas which are exposed to harsh chemicals, stagnant water & extreme conditions.
• Do not use acid to clean joints.
• Do not apply on wet/damp tile joints. Always apply on completely dry tile joints.
• Do not over-mix the material. Over-mixing can reduce the pot life.
• Do not allow grout to harden on the face of the tile. Clean promptly.
• Do not allow water to flow/run into un-grouted joints while application.
• Protect from direct rainfall/ foot traffic for at least 24 hours.
