CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer is an advanced, ready-to-use general purpose acrylic sealer, formulated to protect and enhance the surface of coloured or plain concrete. CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer provides a hard film of limited flexibility with excellent resistance to tyre markings, grease and oil.

Precautions & Limitations:

• CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer should not be used as a curing compound for freshly laid concrete.
• As a general statement, the application of a coating to the concrete will reduce the existing slip resistance of that surface.
• Consequently, care should be taken before sealing the concrete to ensure that the surface texture has a sufficient profile to
  provide adequate traction.
• Wash all the equipments thoroughly in a solvent and allow it to dry.

• Any eye contamination should be washed immediately with plenty of clean water and medical advice sought.

CEM-FIX Tile Fixing Adhesive is a ready to use polymer modified cement-based grey coloured powder suitable especially for floor ling on cementitious substrate & for wall ling on a plastered wall, by replacing the conventional method. 

Areas of Applications: For fixing a variety of tiles (glazed and unglazed ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, vitrified tiles etc.) on horizontal and vertical masonry or tiled surfaces in interiors and exteriors.

CEM-BOND Block Joining Mortar is a pre-mixed, self-curing & non-shrink thin jointing mortar for AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks or equivalent. CEM BOND Block Joining Mortar is a specially engineered jointing mortar with an ideal mix of Ordinary Portland Cement, fine-quality graded aggregates, polymers and chemical additives.
